On that fateful evening of January 26, 2010, at a seemingly ordinary band concert, I had a front-row seat to witness the devastating impact of parental alienation. As our children excitedly called out “Daddy! Daddy!” upon spotting us, little did we know that this would turn into a heart-wrenching moment. With a sudden and aggressive move, the alienator’s actions shattered our children’s smiles, replacing them with confusion and despair. Her deafening proclamation, “It’s MY TIME!” echoed through the auditorium, plunging what should have been a joyous occasion into darkness and tears. This incident serves as a poignant reminder of the emotional turmoil inflicted upon children caught in the web of parental alienation.
